InformedInk support can help with account access, bookings, payments, safety reports, and privacy requests.
Bookings & payments
Include the artist, booking date, and payment date. Never send card numbers or banking credentials.
Safety & reports
Use the in-app report controls when possible so the relevant profile, work, message, or booking stays attached.
Privacy requests
Request an export or account deletion from Privacy & data in the app. Contact support if you cannot access your account.

Tell us what happened.
Email support@informedink.com from the address associated with your account. Include screenshots when helpful, but do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identification, or medical information by email.
