1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including account details, profile information, artist credentials, portfolio content, booking requests, reference images, messages, appointment details, reviews, reports, support communications, and privacy requests.
We may also collect service activity such as login events, device and application information, notification status, profile views, feature usage, error reports, and security events. When payments are introduced, payment providers will process payment credentials; InformedInk does not intend to store complete card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and profiles; connect clients with artists; manage requests, bookings, messages, quotes, scheduling, reviews, and support; verify artists; prevent abuse; investigate reports and disputes; maintain security; comply with law; and improve the service.
3. When information is shared
Information is shared between clients and artists as needed for marketplace and booking features. We may also use service providers for hosting, storage, email, notifications, analytics, error monitoring, and future payment processing. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, and the integrity of the service.
4. Public information
Verified artist profiles, portfolio work, specialties, general location, availability indicators, and verified reviews may be visible to other members or the public. Booking details, private messages, identity documents, and payment information are not intended to be public.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, safety, and financial obligations. Members can request an export or initiate account deletion in the application. Some required operational records may be retained in anonymized form.
6. Your choices
You may update profile information, manage notification permissions, request access or a portable export, and initiate account deletion through available account controls. You may also contact us about correction, privacy, or consent questions.
7. Security and age
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. InformedInk is not directed to children under 13, and tattoo services may be subject to higher age requirements and parental-consent laws depending on location.
