Request deletion in the application
- Sign in to InformedInk.
- Open Profile or Studio.
- Select Privacy & data.
- Select Request account deletion and confirm the request.
If you cannot access your account
Email support@informedink.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on the request.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes or de-identifies profile and account data that is no longer required to operate the service. Public artist content is removed from marketplace display, and access to the account is revoked when the request is completed.
Information we may retain
Limited booking, payment, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, safety, tax, and legal records may be retained when required to protect users, resolve obligations, or comply with law. Retained records are restricted from ordinary marketplace use.
Timing and status
You can review the request status under Privacy & data. Requests involving an active booking, payment, refund, or dispute may require review before deletion can be completed.
